I will help you to create the most sweet memories because there is no celebration or party without a cake and somehow that’s one of the most sought after moments of an event. But let me introduce myself!
My name is Anca, born in Romania and by certain circumstances moved to Belgium 20 years ago. My precious memories with me and my mom making different cookies, brownies and different cakes especially on the Christmas time, the delicious smell of my grandma’s pie in the weekends and me always trying to bake something contoured my dream, one day becoming a cake designer !
When I moved to Belgium I started working in Sweet Hellas ,a traditional Greek desserts bakery where brought me many challenges, opportunities of growth and a chance to meet great people who I can say became lifetime friends, but quickly I realized that I need to take a step further so I went to the bakery school, Roger Lambion Institut. And since then with the support of my teachers ,who believed and encouraged me, I put all my passion and energy in contouring my dream. After working a couple of years in bakery and continuously improving myself by following classes and workshops I got to have my own “atelier” where I finally can live my dream.
Making the most exquisite cakes by using the highest quality ingredients and standards .My desire is to make it very difficult for someone to resist to one of my slices of cake .Such a fulfilling when I see happiness coming out of my clients photo’s with my cakes and the positive reviews and feedbacks!
